PLANT OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

SCOPE BOUNDARY

Day to day operating data logging, critical parameter trending, analysis and reporting.
Day to day plant tour, equipment and instrument checking, inspection and rectification if necessary
Routine equipment maintenance, consumable replacement, chemical top-up and spare parts replacement as per preventive maintenance schedule.
Process fine-tuning, troubleshooting and engineering support in order to maintain a smooth, continuous and reliable plant operation and controlled fluoride discharge limit.
Day-to-day PLC/SCADA review.
Monthly operation summary and reporting to client.
Ensure all the critical parameters within specification and best discharge quality.
System maintenance following the attached PM list.
Coordination and support on routine instrument calibration (if any by third-party vendor/specialist)

OUR CLIENTS

O&M / SAFETY

Work Permits must be made available by the Client, If not available our operation team will only commence work when the client has pre signed the PEG work permit.
Our operation team are Safety trained and have had additional training in accordance with the PEG site safety booklet.

PEG Engineers are also trained on all aspects of Safety in servicing this type of equipment.
PEG will only provide basic PPE to O&M team like safety shoes, Safety Helmet, Vest, safety googles, hand gloves

Method statement submissions for all activities
RA submissions
Work permit applications
Master schedule submissions
Preventive Maintenance checklist monthly submission.
Calibration of pH, Fluoride & TSS sensors. Spare parts or consumables replacement or calibration solution to be provided by client. Calibration certificate to be provided.
Coordination & supervision on Chemicals/Sludge disposal by GF.
All pumps standard Preventive Maintenance. Spare parts or consumables to be provided by client.
All pumps suction’s strainer cleaning.
Overall plant leakage test. Should leakage observed during warranty period XXX to rectify.
Operation data collections, analyze and submit monthly report.

MANPOWER ARRANGEMENTS

One Experienced Senior Operation Supervisor To Cover All The Normal Working Day From Monday - Friday, 8:30am To 17:30pm, Every Week, Except For Holiday.

Eight experience (24/7) technician to cover 12-hour day shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Team A,B Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday, Team C & D Wednesday / Thursday to Saturday and another 2 helper throughout the week.

Emergency support will be provided for on-call/site during night from client’s duty technician. Our response time will be maximum 1-hour on-call and 2-hour on-site. Besides the daily operation support, our strong local service team will be standby full-time for any required plant trouble shooting and emergency support, including mechanical, electrical and control specialist. PEG will ensure one to one replacement if any of the team member is absent.

Consumables and Spare Parts

Our operation and maintenance will not cover cost for consumables and spare parts. In order to guaranty the plant performance and integrity, our operation team will raise purchase requisition to client in advance for any foreseen maintenance work based on agreed schedule.

This purchase requisition will include the standard price for consumables, parts as well as labors /transportation cost for supplier or contractors or other PEG engineer. Upon receiving the purchase order from client, operation team will arrange to complete the scheduled jobs upon client’s approval of work permit.

Additional spare parts considered necessary during emergency cases will be installed first subject to the Client’s approval and will be charged as extra later.
